Vacation is almost over

Well I have just tomorrow, monday, and tuesday off before returning to work although the schedule will be different.  It is my prayer that I will find a part time job soon.  I am so ready to see Lady Bug and Monkey again.  I really miss them.  I am also very curious to see how the first day of school goes.  I know Monkey will be fine, I am just unsure how Lady Bug will do.  She can go one of two directions- 1. do well per her social nature or 2. scream the entire time.

Please pray as I deal with the uncertainty of my life.

Wish I was at work

I am so ready to be back at work. Breaks are wonderful, but I do enjoy having a set routine. Knowing what happens helps me a lot. I do not mind having my routine change, but I do prefer my normal routine.

Today, I have to do some laundry, and clean up of the apartment. Then I will be job hunting.

Frustrations of job hunting

I am having a hard time with finding a job that will help me pay all my bills with some extra to save up for an emergency fund or 2 or 3. I do not want to leave this family I work for especially due some illnesses in their family and the economy. I am praying for a part time job that allows me to have flexibility in my hours to allow for my nanny job and a little bit of life. I will continue to job hunt, but it totally sucks.

Weekend

It is so nice to have almost all my car stuff taken care of. I just need to do registration and fix my passenger mirror.

Yesterday I said goodbye to Lady Bug and Monkey as they left for their trip to visit family. I will not see them again until they come home from their first day of school. Still looking for a job to do part time, hopefully something soon. Prayers would be great.

3 Days Left

I can't believe how quickly days are going by. Today was Lady Bug's birthday. She did a service project for her birthday. The shelter was really happy to receive clothes, books, magazines, a stroller, and shoes for young children. They kept telling Lady Bug thank you for her gift. We plan to do more projects when we go to our modified schedule.

End of the week, 5 more days

I am glad, but also sad that the week is over. I now have just 5 days left with Monkey and Lady Bug as their full time nanny. It is so hard to believe how quickly they have grown and changed. I am not ready for this happen, but I do know it has to happen. Please pray for a new part time job that will allow me to stay with them.

7 more days

So I officially have 7 more full time work days with the kiddos, and that is totally freaking me out. I am not ready for this to happen emotionally or financially. I keep praying that I will find something for work while I am not with them. I am very scared right now, and loosing some faith in my self in the process. My faith in God is still strong. Please keep praying that something will come up, and it will be the miracle that I am asking for.
