Much has happened this month. I have been in a car accident (and walked away with almost no injuries), bought a new car, and praying for some very special kids. I have also had some major lows in my life.
Here are the pics of the new car.
First of all, thank you for all the prayers said for me after the accident (I praise God that I was able to walk away from it, and that no kids were in my car at the time), and buying a new car. I love my new car as does everyone who has seen it.
I have been praying for a special little boy at my church. He is almost 7 months old, and such a sweet baby. He was removed from his parents' custody for reasons I can not reveal, and has been living with his grandmother and uncle since he was released from the hospital. He has had several medical problems since birth like pneumonia and possibly asthma. There will be a court date in November to see if he will go back to his parents or will he be adopted. Please pray that God continues to bless this little guy, and that the judge will choose the best choice for this sweet little boy.
I continue to pray that Monkey and Lady Bug will continue to grow strong in their faith in God, and that they continue to grow and learn to be sweet people who help others in need.
There is also a very special little girl in Ukraine who is 3 years old. Her name is Yulia, and has a shortened life span. Here is part of a post from another blogger:
Yulia has an extremely rare condition called Cockayne Syndrome. I read that there are only about 60 known cases in the world. The syndrome is characterized by premature aging, cataracts, sensitivity to sunlight, hearing loss, impaired development, and so on. Her life expectancy is severely shortened. She can live anywhere from four to about twenty years. Sadly, there is no cure for Cockayne Syndrome. Yulia may (or may not) also have some cerebral palsy.

A wonderful mom who has dealt with a loss of child this year, put out a challenge to those who read her blog to help raise money so that when a family is found for Yulia, that they do not have to pay so much for the adoption. They were able to raise $20, 098 for the adoption in just less than a week. What a wonderful blessing! Please pray that Yulia will have a forever family, and that she does not die without a family. She did this as a way to remember her child who died, and whose birthday is coming up next month. Here is the blog about this wonderful family: http://allarepreciousinhissight.blogspot.com/
Please keep me in prayers. I have had some major lows emotionally. This year has been a year of changes for me. I am having to deal with the fact that I have not found the one I am meant to marry yet. My strongest desire is to have a husband of my own, and a family. I really want to be a stay at home mom, and be able to homeschool my children. I am trying very hard not to let my emotions come into play at work, but it is really hard. Also be in prayer for one of my friends. She has some issues right now that I can not reveal.
Thank you for all the prayers!

Crazy weekend
My weekend has been crazy, and not at all what expected it to be. Saturday started out fine. I got sleep in, and had breakfast at the leasing office of my apartment complex, then I was getting ready for my day. My day was supposed to consist of depositing money, get some gas for the car, hair appointment, and doing a sitting job. My day took a bad detour after the bank and gas for the car. On my way to get my hair done, I was involved in a car accident. I could not stop myself before hitting the car in front of me. Thankfully, the person in that car was ok, and not much damage to her car. Injury wise, I took the worst of it. I got a small burn on my arm from my air bag deploying. It is a miracle that my face and chest never hit the air bag. I totally believe that God was protecting me when it happened. The only other injury was bruising on the front of my shoulder from the seat belt keeping me in one spot. My car, on the other hand, had a good amount of damage to the front end of it. Hopefully it will be fixed, and I can have my car back. I will not know anything until the adjuster sees it on Tuesday or Wednesday. I will have my mom's car for now. I was able to make my sitting job an hour later than scheduled since my mom brought me to it.
Sunday was a much better day. I worked at ANC's nursery before heading over to my parents' house for the night. Rest and relaxation is how I spent my time. Today is also another rest day, but I plan to go back to my place soon.
Please pray that my car can be fixed, that the cost of the fixing will not be too expensive, and that I get it back soon. I do not want another new car. This is the first car in my name, and I have had it only 23 months. I still have a loan on it to pay off. The good news is that I am totally fine. My burn on my arm is gone, and I am just a little sore from my seat belt bruise.
